Temperature screening- Before entering the event, our staff individually measure the temperatures of each guest to check whether they have any fever or not. These temperature screenings or looking for all possible symptoms of all the guests as well as the staff are taken respectfully with all required equipment. These are all the laws and regulations applicable and guidelines instructed by the government.
Compulsory mask- You need to wear a mask at all times during the event. You won’t be allowed inside the event venue without masks. All our workers working in the venue will follow this strict rule. Our workers are working day and night to ensure your safety and they are trained to follow the strict guidelines of the government.
Sanitizers – we have provided sanitizers and every counter for the guest. We have asked all our staff to spray sanitizers at all the corners and every 20 minutes. We remind all our guests to use sanitizers before serving the food to avoid any risks. All the counters and washrooms are being thoroughly washed every hour to ensure the safety
physical barriers- we have installed physical barriers all around the counters to follow social distancing and to support physical distancing between the guests.
Vaccinated– We ensure that all our staff and managers of event management company in Kochi are fully vaccinated to avoid any risks and ensure the safety of the guests. Even for the attendees, they require to bring their fully covid certificate to the event to enter the event.
Small gatherings– Under the guidelines of the government, we do not hold events for guests of more than 50. There is a strict rule for only inviting the family and friends under the count of 50 to avoid large gatherings and crowds.
Disinfecting all the places– All the walls and corners are being disinfected from time to time to ensure a fully safe event and avoid any type of risk for the attendees. It is very essential to clean the places from time to time according to the government guidelines and follow the safety protocol.
Seating arrangements– The event organizers of the event make sure to separate the guests into a couple of groups while deciding the seating arrangements as well as event planning the activities of the event and the gathering. We have approached this method to limit the spread of the covid 19 amongst the guests. We individually ensure that all the groups are following the protocol and by monitoring the guest if they are wearing the masks and are sanitizing their hands from time to time.
