Events and Entertainment Association of India recently released reopening guidelines that aiming to show Indian authorities the live sector can reopen safely after months at a standstill.
In India, the event management industry accounts for employment of 10 million people, who have been directly affected due to the COVID-19 crisis. The Business owners and their various vendors like Florists, Decorators, Artists, Exhibitors, Venue Owners, Caters and various other vendors who depended on Events and Entertainment Industry were badly affected on this pandemic.
The central government of India has recently allowed the event industry to reopen with a ceiling of 100 persons, by strictly following Covid-19 Protocols according to the guidelines suggested by WHO.
Mr. Praveen of KWP Event Management Kochi said in a Statement that “I believe that this Event-Reopening-Guideline is not only for Event Managers or Firms in India, but also for everyone in this world getting monetary benefits from mass gatherings. The SOP Explaining about enhanced protocols related to venue sanitization, cleaning, hygiene the venue before guest arrival, attendee management and venue requirements.”
